Can a Stock extended licensed image, with a company unlimited plan, be transfered to a customer that does not have a Stock plan?I read Adobe Stock Additional Terms, and 6.A.3 states “transfer your license to your client via enforceable written agreement”. I would like more details of this statement, specifically if the the client needs a stock plan.TIA

There isn’t an option in the “create a post” to report an image. This photo asset ID 411314525 is a composite showing a location that DOES NOT EXIST, see the Snopes entry. If we had a “Report a problem” with the image at point of use, it would be much more efficient than spending time trying to figure out how to report this in a forum that may or may not be seen. I’ll see if I can copy and paste this post into some post that doesn’t really have a category. 

I need a credit refunded as the vector file for 1906705225 is just a placed raster image in an ai file.

My freelancer is facing very long download times for simple jpegs on the exact same machine he was able to download the entire CC suite in moments. Clearly, his connection is not the problem.Is Adobe Stock throttling download speeds for certain IP ranges? We're in different countries, and I'm not experiencing the slowdown.

When I download stock graphics, half the time it is an editable graphic but the other half, it is simply an image. They are listed/descripted/labeled the exact same in Stock. It is a waste of money.  For example, I downloade  File #:  1938249495 expecting to easily pull out one of the icons, but it’s an image so I’ll need to image trace, etc. to have it usable. For comparison, File #:  201379547 when downloaded is fully editable graphics. Am I doing something wrong or is this yet another Adobe issue to continuously deal with?

I recently uploaded a video using Adobe Stock audio to YouTube and received a copyright claim.  This is nothing new, as I have always been able to follow the procedure to dispute the claim and it gets cleared shortly after providing the license code.  However, this time, after the copyright owner reviewed my claim, they “decided that their copyright claim is still valid.”  The name that they provided for the copyrighted content isn’t even the name of the file I used in the video.  How do I further appeal this process without the risk of getting a copyright strike on my account?

I want to cancel my free trial

When I download an item from Adobe Stock, I want to copy and paste the keywords into the metadata in my own database so I can easily find the image later. However, I’m unable to copy the “similar keywords” shown on the site.To clarify, I’m trying to copy these keywords only for the same image I licensed, so I can store them for future search access. I am not copying them to use on other images.Is there a way to enable copying those keywords?

Hello,Today I received email from Adobe that some of my images was deleted because of Model Complaint. I was in a very good relationship with the model in about 6 month, we did really a lot of shootings and I have plans to sell photos and videos on Adobe for a long time. The model signed two model releases for me in English and one in Russian, I also have a photo of her passport. All this was completely voluntary on mutually beneficial terms. I spent a couple of thousand dollars and many days of work on this shoots. I also have photos together with model, backstage footage from the shoot and other evidence of her voluntary participation.However, recently the model had a conflict with me and, due to personal animosity, filed a complaint requesting that her photos be removed from the stock. Without any investigation or request for evidence from me, Adobe simply removed the photos. Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

File #1906944793 claims it is a vector file but it is not a true vector! It is an image inside of a vector .. I wasted a credit on that!

Hi, this occurred after a year again, my entire team has been having this issue downloading assets from Adobe Stock. We are unable to download assets from Adobe stock; we have had this error before last year as well, and we got fixed after posting here. The available stock quota is "Unlimited Images". Please help us out here again. Thank you. 

Ever since last night at 11:00 PM, Adobe Stock stop working for me and I cannot download any stock images. Caches are cleaned, the account is signed in/out, and it still doesn't work. I have 443 available assets limit still, does anyone have any solution besides waiting on Adobe's team to solve the issue? I am able to license stock images but just cannot download any of them.

I'm trying to share an Adobe Stock Library with a client and keep getting an error message:Additionally, when I try to copy the link and share that, I get an "access denied, you don't have permission to access." Finally, I'm also unable to download any preview images. When clicking on download preview, I'm taking to a paywall. I swear I used to be able to download watermarked previews. 

OK, since I was instated after a year of unjustified banning because of a false claim, my sales were slowly gathering momentum again, until 7 days ago. And from at least 1 sale a day since re-enstatement I now have 0 for 7 days. Has Adobe changed the policy again, or literally stopped any search access or something?ThanksRob
