Recently I had issues with many supposedly ‘vector’ files that I have downloaded, which then turned out to be images embedded into .ai file. I think they’re all AI generated slop. I can’t seem to be able to report this, especially frustrating as I used up a credit for these. I can’t directly contact support and I can’t imagine IT administrator of a large company will be chasing every credit and stock issue. I finally had to reinstall the older PS Beta 27.9 on both my workstation and laptop, and the on-device remove tool to work on my Nvidia RTX 4090/5080 series with16GB VRAM. I’m running the current Nvidia Studio Driver 610.88. However, updating to PS 27.9.1 or PS Beta 27.9.11 causes the on-device remove tool to severely stall and must cancel. Using the Cloud option works only if on WiFi, but I am still waiting for an update fix for the on-device to function properly. This issue has been ongoing for over three months!! BTW - No logs are necessary to collect send as the identical issue can be recreated on any PC using Windows 11 and the RTX having 16GBVram card at Adobe PS lab, then read the log. 

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish. 

I downloaded the file, illustrator says the link is missing / broken. 

I’m asking if i can sell my Mahjong sets thru Etsy, Amazon and other Mahjong companies with a stand license subscription. Most of the images I downloaded were vector images.

Hi Adobe Staff,I am trying to complete my Adobe Stock Contributor account setup, but I cannot complete the mandatory phone verification step. Every time I enter my Bangladesh (+880) phone number (+880*** moderator deleted private data ***), it shows: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."I have tried:- Clearing browser cache and cookies- Using multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox)- Entering number with and without country code/leading zerosIt seems to be an SMS gateway/backend issue for Bangladesh (+880) numbers. Since I do not have a paid subscription, the support bot does not connect me to a live agent. Could an Adobe Staff member please assist in resolving or manually adding the phone number for my account?*** moderator deleted private data ***

Assets #: 452989837 and 452989915I believe these images are mislabeled. The images are identified as [Boston, Massachusetts Skyline from above by Drone during Summer Time], but it appears to depict [the skyline of Hartford, Connecticut, USA] Could the moderation team please review the asset metadata and labeling? Thank you.

I used ai tools to create 8k wallpapers of UNESCO World Heritage sites in Italy (Pantheon, Naples city center, Roman theater at Taormina etc) and am now unsure about whether they are still “kosher”. Italy has certain provisions for protecting/licensing cultural monuments. My representations are photorealistic and present the monuments in a beautiful, not satirical way. Is there a clear way forward? Thanks in advance,Scot

Does anyone else using Google Chrome have massive issues trying to access their stock library?  I can view it, but scrolling through, trying to open older graphics to download or even just the hover over download options are a constant painful glitch / bug and makes it almost impossible to access older files to re-download etc. 

I’m at a loss as to why these photos were not accepted. I have a well-established portfolio of travel photography, and similar images have been accepted on other stock sites without any issues.Adobe’s rejection reason was simply “Quality Issues.” The photo below is a typical travel illustrative content, shot on mirrorless full frame, minimal post-processing:  Carved pātaka storehouse and palisade, Te Parapara Garden, New ZealandOk, this photo was processed as HDR to bring back the shadows. It is disappointing to see how increasingly disconnected Adobe seems to have become from the people who actually use its products.Changes are introduced constantly, yet many of them seem less and less aligned with the real workflows and needs of creative professionals.The latest example is Adobe Stock. When I click on a stock asset in Safari, I am now taken directly into AI Studio instead of being able to properly inspect the asset itself. If I want to use AI Studio, I am perfectly capable of making that decision myself.By forcing me into AI Studio, Adobe is actually taking away information and functionality that is relevant to my work — such as reviewing the asset details, the contributor, and other images from the same series before deciding whether an asset is suitable for a project.This is becoming symptomatic of a bigger problem. I am trying to create an Adobe Stock Contributor account from Bangladesh. Bangladesh (+880) is selected, but when I enter my valid Bangladeshi mobile number I receive “An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.” I have tried different browsers and the correct international number format, but the issue persists. Please help me verify my phone number or provide an alternative way to complete Contributor registration.

I am expressing my severe frustration with a recent change to the Adobe Stock browsing experience.Currently, when I click on an image simply to inspect it or take a closer look, the site automatically redirects me to the Studio page. This forced redirect is completely breaking my workflow.Because of this, I can no longer access the standard image details page. This means I have lost the ability to do basic, essential tasks like:Clicking to search for similar images.Clicking on the contributor's name to browse the same artist's portfolio.This is a ridiculous and highly disruptive design choice. When I click on an asset, my goal is to inspect that specific image and explore related content—not to be pushed into the Studio interface against my will. It makes finding and sourcing the right images incredibly difficult and frustrating and making me question using Adobe Stock.

I used to be able to right click on an image in Adobe Stock to download a comp image which had the image number in the filename. Now, I am unable to even click and download a comp image. How can we do this with the new AI Studio window that comes up when I click on an image now?

Hi everyone, I’ve been an Adobe Stock user for years, mainly downloading high‑quality, professionally produced vector illustrations. Recently, though, I’ve started noticing a growing number of extremely complex vector files that are clearly AI‑generated images auto‑traced in Illustrator. These files look fine at first glance, but once you open them, they’re filled with thousands of unnecessary points, messy paths, and chaotic structures that make them nearly impossible to edit, customize, or even work with efficiently. What used to be clean, intentional vector artwork is now being replaced with AI‑generated “sloppy vectors,” and it’s becoming a serious issue for those of us who rely on Stock for production‑ready assets. This isn’t just about aesthetics, it's a workflow problem. These vectors are a lot, disorganized, and not suitable for professional use. I think it’s important for Adobe to look more closely at the quality control of vector submissions, especially with AI

You can now filter out generative AI images from your search results, or you can view only generative AI images in your search results, or you can continue to view all generative AI and non-generative AI images in your search.
