 I’ve submitted quite a few watercolor paintings, but some were accepted while others were rejected. I’d really like to know the reasons for the rejections. I’ve been creating this kind of work for about two years now, yet many pieces still don't make the cut. I’m genuinely wondering what the real reason is.

I have had an Adobe subscription for over 15 years and have built up a lot of stock credits, but moving to a less expensive subscription means I would lose what I have paid for. That does not seem like a good business practice. It is unfair to an individual user. 

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated. I do not want to appeal or recover the deactivated account. I would like to start over with a single Contributor account and comply fully with Adobe's current one-account policy. Am I permitted to create a new Contributor account, or do I need written approval from Adobe before doing so?"  if anyone can help please reply I made a mistake by creating multiple accounts because I didn't know I just crated the and forgot about it and now I am realizing it that I made a mistake and now I want to start over please help me if you can and tell me what is the best thing I can do now  

I’ve just downloaded this as a vector but the opened AI file is just an embedded raster image.A vector road map of the city of Colchester in the United Kingdom on a white background. Stock Vector | Adobe Stock I’m on an unlimited Enterprise license so I’m not looking for the credit refund, although believe when I highlight issues the credit should be deducted from the contributor.

Bueno, mi pedido es que deseo solicitar el reembolso de una factura que me fue cobrada el 14 de marzo del 2020 por el plan al que me afilié. Sin embargo, no he utilizado el plan y no lo pienso utilizar más dado que por el momento no requiero el servicio. El código del pedido cobrado el 14/03/2020 por el servicio que no utilicé fue: ADB095261007PE. El número de orden de la factura es: 7006214819. Por favor, espero su atención inmediata en el reembolso del servicio que no utilicé  a la tarjeta de crédito cobrada. Asimismo, luego del reembolso, espero la posterior anulación o desactivación del plan para evitar generar un cobro innecesario el 14/04/2020 ya que tampoco estoy utilizando este servicio este mes.    Esper

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish. 

I have isolated the issue specifically to newly added Adobe Stock assets in Adobe Express.Uploaded images export and download successfully. Also, an Adobe Stock image that I had added and successfully downloaded approximately two days ago still downloads successfully in the same workspace.However, newly added Adobe Stock images cause the entire project to fail to download with the “Download failed – Sorry, something went wrong” error. I tested this with another browser and also created a simple project containing a Stock image plus text, but the download still failed.This appears to affect the processing or licensing of newly added Adobe Stock assets rather than Adobe Express downloads generally.Could you please check whether there is an issue with Adobe Stock asset licensing/processing or the Stock licensing service for my account?

For some AI generated images we have found an XMP tag <Iptc4xmpExt:DigitalSourceType>http://cv.iptc.org/newscodes/digitalsourcetype/trainedAlgorithmicMedia</Iptc4xmpExt:DigitalSourceType> “DigitalSource Type”The value - trainedalgorithmicmedia = AI generated.Once the image is downloaded from the stock site this appears to be the only indication in the file of the origin.It is not used consistently though. Having a look through 10 AI images, it was found in 3 but not the other 7.Is there a place in the file contents where an AI original is indicated that can be checked?  If there isn’t that would be pretty disappointing on Adobe’s part.   AI is a pretty noteworthy part of an image’s provenance and should be in the file. 

Now In Google chrome and DuckDuckGo clicking a stock item opens AI studio instead of opening the stock item details. At the same time—exclude generative ai is missing from filter menu. Only shows on initial search..Hey Adobe some of us creatives don’t use ai!!! Some of us can’t legally use ai..WTF are you doing! Stop shoving it down are throats. We get it.. If your going to cater to ai your going to lose your creative customers. I’ve already moved 50% of my purchases to other stock sites because of this ai trash your promoting We don’t need ai studio 

Ce post pour pousser un coup de gueule. Je suis graphiste depuis 25 ans et j'utilise Adobe Stock depuis au moins 20 ans. Depuis un an, je constate une nette dégradation des résultats de recherche et de la qualité des fichiers sur la plateforme.J’ai des remontés d’images qui n’ont aucun rapport avec les mots-clés saisies, des visuels bas de gamme en premier résultat de recherche malgré les filtres sélectionnés, c’est une perte de temps considérable car plus de temps pour trouver des images professionnelles de qualité exploitable.Vient ensuite le problème des visuels générés par IA. Dans 98% de mes recherches, je coche l'option « Exclure l'IA générative ». Malgré cela, les résultats restent pollués par des images créées par IA. Sur une image de type photo, je vois par la colorimétrie contraste que c’est de l’IA, mais pour un fichier vectoriel, c'est invisible : on  le découvre seulement à l'ouverture dans Illustrator. Résultat : des crédits perdus sans solution pour un remboursement. Auj

I need access to my purchased licenses and download history, but the Adobe support chatbot will not connect me to an agent because my Adobe account has no active plan.How can I open a support case to verify my old Fotolia account and recover my licenses without purchasing a subscription? Hi everyone, I’ve been an Adobe Stock user for years, mainly downloading high‑quality, professionally produced vector illustrations. Recently, though, I’ve started noticing a growing number of extremely complex vector files that are clearly AI‑generated images auto‑traced in Illustrator. These files look fine at first glance, but once you open them, they’re filled with thousands of unnecessary points, messy paths, and chaotic structures that make them nearly impossible to edit, customize, or even work with efficiently. What used to be clean, intentional vector artwork is now being replaced with AI‑generated “sloppy vectors,” and it’s becoming a serious issue for those of us who rely on Stock for production‑ready assets. This isn’t just about aesthetics, it's a workflow problem. These vectors are a lot, disorganized, and not suitable for professional use. I think it’s important for Adobe to look more closely at the quality control of vector submissions, especially with AI

I keep getting an "An unexpected error occurred. Press "Return to Audio" to return to the Audio page and retry your search." message after selecting any music genre and before any list of music appears. This happens in Safari and Firefox on my personal Macbook. I have cleared cache and history and that didn't help. Any suggestions. I can't use this product that I am paying a monthly fee to use. 

 I accidentally downloaded this image, image ID: #1431685843, can I please get the credits refunded? The image will not be used anywhere.

Hi there,  I downloaded asset #2063092025, which is supposed to be an AI, SVG, or JPEG file. However, it appears to be a JPEG saved as a vector file, making it unusable for editing. Could you please refund this asset? It is not as advertised, as it states both vector and JPEG files are included with both licenses, which is incorrect. It only contains a JPEG file.  Thank you.

When I find an Adobe Stock image I like, I take it into the AI Studio to expand it so that it fits my design needs. However, the app is cropping off the image top or bottom when I choose CENTER-TOP or CENTER-BOTTOM as the position for the portrait or square expand size instead of just moving the image up or down to the top or bottom edge of the new canvas. To avoid the cropping of the image, I have no choice but to use CENTER-CENTER, which give equal space above and below even though I do not want the image expanded on both. Why isn’t the AI just pulling/justifying the original image to the top or bottom edge of the new canvas? This seems so simple.
