AI Studio has seriously damaged the Adobe Stock search experience. I use Adobe Stock professionally to source images, not to generate or edit them. Previously, clicking an image allowed me to inspect the asset properly and, crucially, browse other images from the same shoot or series. The new AI Studio behaviour removes that workflow and makes Stock much slower and less useful.Please restore the normal asset detail page as the default when clicking a Stock image, or provide an account setting that allows users to disable AI Studio or toggle it on or off. AI tools should be optional, not forced into a paid professional stock-image service.

While trying to add a Bangladeshi mobile number to my Adobe account for verification, the system shows an error and does not allow me to proceed. This issue persists regardless of the number or attempt count. Steps to Reproduce:1. Log in to Adobe account.2. Go to the option to add/verify phone number.3. Select country code: +880 (Bangladesh).4. Enter a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.5. Click on "Add". Expected Result:The system should send a verification code (OTP) to the entered Bangladeshi mobile number. Actual Result:An error message appears:"An error occurred while performing this action. I searched “security monitor” with 4 tags: photos, exclude gen-ai, commercial use, and exclude people. The first result contiained: gen-ai, was therefore not a photo, and included people (one of which who was missing legs in the preview.) Adobe Stock has become a miserable user experience and a complete joke compared to other Stock websites. The tags do not work, nor does the AI labelling system. It is a major frustration and issue that clearly AI assets that were uploaded before the AI filter are able to bypass basically all safeguards and still get bumped to the very top of results. This isn’t even mentioning the flurry of assets that are mistagged. There is no way to report them, and there is no function AFAIK for untagged/pre-AI tag assets to be properly labeled. Many vector assets are falsely described as “Editable Stroke” or not marked as AI Generated and after downloading turn out to be either live-traced slop or AI generate and not usable for my needs. I make sure to toggle ‘Exclude GenAI Content” on every search as I don’t want any AI generated images. This is a waste of credits. Since a week or so ago, every time I click on a stock item - video or image - it opens an “AI studio” instead of opening up the file details for the item.This happens in Safari but not Google Chrome.Of course the work around is to use Google Chrome, but it’s irritating as I use Safari for other tasks. 

I haven't been able to upload my work as a contributor all day. Does anyone know what's wrong? I've tried using different browsers.

 I have just licensed 3 images that are meant to be editable and usable vectors, but they are flat vector, and uneditable and unuseable due to the background being there. This is really frustrating as my wi=ork is now on hold as I cannot source usable images Images62625534613974676571546289240

I'm just looking for images I can use as general anatomy practice while drawing, and I found this abomination (file number 677462298). I always exclude AI generated images and look for photos, and I immediately knew it was AI because horses do not move like that. It's a biomechanical impossibility. There is no option to report trash like this on the preview page, I looked through the support pages, and the only directions I got from Google - which, btw, are better than what your site gave me, Adobe - were to the forums. Now, I'd've much rather have just submitted a report and called it good, but you left me with no other option than going public with my grievances. Do better, Adobe.

My portfolio shows 1 asset, but clicking the File ID opens a “Page Not Found” page, and the asset cannot be found in my portfolio search.File ID: 2118013779Could you please check whether there is an indexing or publishing issue with my contributor account?Thank you.

As stated above, any RGB images imported into photoshop have completely incorrect color profiles. This can only be fixed by changing the color profile from RGB to LAB. 

Whenever I search for anything when logged into my adobe stock account it comes up with a page not found error message whereas when I search when logged out, I can see all images. When I try to go to my library to see images I have already liked, i get another error message saying my request could not be processed. Any idea what is going on? 

File 2023690189 looks like a typical autotraced image.Plus: it contains far too many anchor points and curves are wonky. Not what I expected.​@Contributor1  

When I type in the stock.adobe.com search bar, I get redirected to a ‘page not found’. Edit: I realise this isn’t just the search bar, it seems to affect more of the site and may already be identified on the Adobe System Status page under CC Community.

Hi! I have had a subscription to Adobe Stock for years for work. I logged in today and the main page when searching for assets is loading so insanely slowly. If I click on an image (to enlarge it and so I can see the caption and dimensions) it just buffers for 2-3 MINUTES before it loads. It’s so slow and laggy, and has never been like this before. This is practically unusable for me, as I am often searching very quickly through dozens of images for something that works. I’ve tried using a different browser, incognito, and turning off my browser extensions. It makes no difference. Wondering if something has been changed in the UI recently to make this so slow? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If it isn’t fixed soon I will have to cancel and find a different service that works better. 

Infinitely loading in the app or it says it needs to be refreshed when tried in the browser. Nothing works.
