While trying to add a Bangladeshi mobile number to my Adobe account for verification, the system shows an error and does not allow me to proceed. This issue persists regardless of the number or attempt count.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Adobe account.
2. Go to the option to add/verify phone number.
3. Select country code: +880 (Bangladesh).
4. Enter a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
5. Click on "Add".

Expected Result:
The system should send a verification code (OTP) to the entered Bangladeshi mobile number.

Actual Result:
An error message appears:
"An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."
The number cannot be added or verified.

Screenshot:
(Attached screenshot of the error message)

Environment:
- Country: Bangladesh
- Device: Windows 10/11 (PC)
- Browser: Firefox / Chrome (latest version)
- Adobe Account portal

Impact:
Bangladeshi users are unable to add or verify their mobile numbers, which blocks them from using essential Adobe services that require phone number verification.

Request:
Please investigate and fix this issue so that Bangladeshi phone numbers (+880) can be successfully added and verified in Adobe accounts.

You're correct, but this is not a stock issue. What kind of service do you want to use?
