Why can't I access the free trial ?

Hi,

I spent hours trying to find the exact picture I want to print, frame and gift to my dad for christmass and finally found it here

But when I try to get the free trial, it says that I can’t, without giving me any reason

I can’t pay a 40e subscription to download one image, so I was hoping someone had any idea on why can’t I access the free trial and get that image, I really only want that one, no subscriptions or anything

    There is a chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the Adobe website.
    If you access it during business hours, you can chat with a staff member.
    If you reach out outside of business hours, you will be communicating with an automated bot.

    Free 7-day trial is one per customer computer. 

    Perhaps you already signed-up for a free trial that has expired. 

    In lieu of a subscription plan, you can purchase credit packs.

    I tried to find the customer support page, but couldn’t

    There is either a pre-made FAQ that doesn’t answer my question, a support for businesses only, and the “support from our community” which is how I came here

    Where should I go ?
