PLEASE CREATE AN OPTION TO REPORT POOR QUALITY ADOBE STOCK ASSETS!

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.

Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

Yes!  There needs to be a way to report these!
file# 1895924843 is another terrible one.
I would like my credit back. This file is useless! Look at these ‘arrows’.

When you encounter what you believe to be mislabeled AI assets, confirm it with an AI Detection Tool:

Steps to Report Mislabeled or Poor Quality Assets:
  • Gather File Numbers: Locate the File ID number(s) (e.g., File #: 766397860).
  • Report in Stock Community Forum: Post the file numbers in the Adobe Stock Community forum, where staff and volunteers review complaints.

Hope that helps.

There are more and more problems with Adobe stock images. just downloaded three images that said they where vectors and when you down load them all you have is a .jpg. We need to be able to report this sort opf missleading problem.

Yes, I very much agree. I have run into this issue many times in the past 6 months.

Here are some additional asset numbers I have seen that are similarly badly image traced: #1735159650 #1650201030 #1865107955 #1706611318 #1863919713 #1704192948

Totally agree.

Just downloaded this vector file, looks like it might even be a terrible quality Live Trace of someone else's stock asset:

https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/set-of-public-navigation-icons-solid-style-pictogram-symbols-collection-such-as-toilet-escalator-cafe-disability-door-taxi-elevator-and-other-public-signs-vector-illustration/1869237407

Totally unusable. There should be an option on your purchased assets page to flag these.

It wouldn’t be open to abuse, as the option would only be shown to people who’ve licensed it.

A Stock image service asset should be created by a professional/competent person and suitable for professional use.

Post the asset number here and someone can help.

This entire account appears to be AI generated JPGs pasted into AI files with no editing capabilities at all. I downloaded an asset I needed for work and it’s clearly a JPG, I test another one and it’s a JPG. It’s too bad, they are seemingly OK graphics, if only they had made the effort to recreate them as vector. They should at least be stopped from being able to monetize vector files that contain no vectors.

I agree with that, and I can assure you that accounts get blocked for this behaviour.
