PLEASE CREATE AN OPTION TO REPORT POOR QUALITY ADOBE STOCK ASSETS!

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.

Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

Hello @David_bythesea, I've sent the details of this contributor to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the vectors.

For a refund/credit return please reach out to our customer care team below:

Post the asset number here and someone can help.

This entire account appears to be AI generated JPGs pasted into AI files with no editing capabilities at all. I downloaded an asset I needed for work and it’s clearly a JPG, I test another one and it’s a JPG. It’s too bad, they are seemingly OK graphics, if only they had made the effort to recreate them as vector. They should at least be stopped from being able to monetize vector files that contain no vectors.

I agree with that, and I can assure you that accounts get blocked for this behaviour.
