Hello Adobe Community and Staff,I am writing to urgently request assistance regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account, which was suddenly blocked nearly 6 months ago, back on May 8th. The deactivation happened immediately after I submitted a routine payout request. The reason provided in the automated email was "suspicious activity". I want to emphasize that all content in my portfolio is 100% my own original work, and I have never engaged in any unfair practices or broken the Terms of Service. I submitted an official appeal immediately after the block in May. Since then, I have not received a single update, decision, or clear explanation. My case has been completely silent for almost half a year, and my earned funds remain frozen.Could any Adobe Staff member please look into this or escalate my case to the Contributor Relations team? Based on customer complaints in the Stock buyers forum, three things jump out again and again...Flattened raster images dropped inside EPS or AI vector files are unusable.  Poorly auto-traced GenAI sold as “editable vector files” are unusable.  GenAI artwork that is NOT LABELED as GenAI. It’s best to be honest with people about what you’re selling. Dishonesty never pays off. Customer complaints lead to internal reviews and account deactivations. Once an account is deactivated, nobody here can help you.  If you’re selling vector artwork on Stock, follow these Best Practices or enroll in some vector graphics design courses. It involves a set of 15 images, but it doesn’t specify which one(s) need these changes. In any case, I tried accessing the task again, but it won’t let me upload any files; I get the error: "Reference.jpg had upload errors”. 

Hi, I have had 2 photos rejected for Quality Issues. From my perspective, the focus is good, there isn’t any noise, and the histogram is centered. I would appreciate my feedback that would help me correct the rejection.

Hi, I would like to ask about 2 photos that were rejected due to Similar content in our collection. Please provide guidance on why the 2 images were categorized as similar content in our collection so that it can serve as a reference for images/illustrations/photos that will be submitted latter. 

Hello everyone, maybe someone has come across this? My limit for sending photos has dropped sharply; it used to be 75–90 per week, but now I can only send 20 photos after checks. There were no violations, and there were few rejections (mostly due to poor quality, but the number is very low).

Hello Adobe Stock Community,I am trying to register as an Adobe Stock Contributor. My Adobe ID email has been successfully verified, but I cannot add my mobile phone number.I am located in Ukraine and use a Ukrainian mobile number (+380). When I enter my number and click “Add”, I receive this error:“An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.”I have tried adding the phone number using Safari and Chrome on Mac, and Safari on iPhone. The same error occurs on all devices.The Adobe Stock Contributor portal does not allow me to continue because phone verification is required.Could you please advise whether this is a known issue with Ukrainian phone numbers or Adobe account verification, and how I can complete the verification?Thank you.

Hello Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated on August 28, 2026, for “suspicious activity”.The notification did not identify the specific activity involved or explain which particular policy had allegedly been violated.I contacted Contributor Relations and submitted follow-up requests, but so far I have not received a substantive explanation of the reason for the deactivation or a clear update on the review of my appeal.I also contacted Adobe's DSA Point of Contact to request clarification and information about the available review and dispute-resolution procedures. My latest correspondence has been forwarded to Contributor Relations, but my specific questions remain unanswered.I understand that Adobe needs to protect its marketplace against fraud and policy violations. I created my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I cannot complete phone verification. When I add my Bangladesh (+880) mobile number on the Adobe Account phone page / contributor onboarding page, Adobe shows "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later." No SMS verification code is sent and no code field appears. The number is not said to be invalid. This happens on both browser and phone. The Contributor contact form redirects back to the phone-verification onboarding page, so I cannot open it while unverified. Please ask the Contributor Relations team to manually check/reset phone verification for my account so I can complete onboarding. Country: Bangladesh. Thank you.

Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account was blocked back in August 28 2026 for "suspicious activity".I submitted an appeal via the contact form immediately, but it has been about two months and I have received zero response from Contributor Support.Due to this block, my pending payouts were also frozen, and I have not received my earned royalties. I only sell my own original video footage, I have not violated any rules, and I am fully prepared to provide the original raw files of my videos to prove my authorship. I suspect there might be an error or a false report made against my portfolio.Could a moderator please look into this or help escalate my case? Hello everyone,I'm a contributor who makes abstract and business motion graphics (animated charts, network backgrounds, dashboards, skylines) using code. I write React/SVG code with Remotion and render it to MP4 (4K, 30 fps).Here is my exact workflow:- The code is written with the help of an AI coding assistant (an LLM).- No generative AI image or video model creates any pixels. The output is fully deterministic: the same code always renders the same animation.- No AI pulls data or generates anything at render time.I contacted Contributor Support and they replied: "if it's just a script, it won't be considered as AI. However, if the script that is AI generated also creates the content, in that case the AI box should be checked." I find the second sentence ambiguous for my case, and I haven't received an answer to my follow-up question.My question: for this kind of content, should I leave the "Created using generative AI tools" box unchecked? Hi again!OK, so I have been getting a stream of accepted files, with a few rejected, but overall good ratio.I did this series, 8 dogs running in backgraden and 8 cats running in backgraden.All the cats were accepted and all the dogs rejected. Not sure why?Can I assume that these files go in front of different moderators and that one could accept something that another probably wouldn't. Unless I am missing something obvious on this dog image?ThanksRob
