Hi Adobe Community Team, My contributor account was paused shortly after I submitted my first payout request ($141 on Aug 17, 2026).I submitted my support ticket ADB-46842775-K1S2 on August 28, 2026. It has now been 5 full business days without any response or update regarding my account status. All my footage consists of original 4K videos captured directly by me with intact EXIF metadata. I am fully ready to provide raw master files via Google Drive to prove ownership if needed.Could a Community Manager please help escalate Case ID ADB-46842775-K1S2 to the internal Trust & Safety team? Thank you for your assistance.
Hi everyone, hoping for real‑world advice from other contributors. My Adobe Stock contributor account got fully deactivated with this generic automated notice:We are writing to let you know that your Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated for suspicious activity. For more information on why your account may have been blocked see the Submission Guidelines. No exact violation given. I experienced two sudden 5‑10x earnings surges within the past two weeks, and the sales were mostly driven by aerial‑shot footage of the same type. I submitted a payout request roughly ten days ago, shortly before my account got deactivated. Some context about my portfolio and recent behavior: All my photos and video assets are 100% original self‑shot travel content. I can provide raw files and metadata for any asset for verification. This stock income is a vital source of funding for my daily life and travel‑photography projects. This unexpected deactivation has completely thrown my photography an
It has now happened to me. Here is what happened and what you need to do if it happens to you.Day 1 12:33 pm I received an email stating that a recently approved photo was re-reviewed and then removed due to a “quality” rejection. Day 1 12:34 pm I received a second email stating that my account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account.A logon attempt brought the following pop-up: I clicked on the “Contact us” link which displayed the following form where I could state my case in the provided textbox (remember that you are not logged in so you must add your contributor ID and email address): After submitting the form I was displayed the following message showing my case ID: I also received an email with a link to dispute the decision. I pressed the link and was redirected to the following form: I completed and subm

Why was this image banner rejected for quality issues. Is it the deliberate stippling effect?
Can I delete files that have no downloads? These are very old files and there are a lot of them. Will this affect the accounts? And will it result in a decrease in sales?
I'm from Pakistan I'm creating Adobe contributer account and verifying my phone number, its says "Error"

This photo of a geyser was rejected, any ideas on the reason and how I could improve it? I added some yellow intentionally with lightroom to intensify the sunrise mood. Shot was taken at ISO 100, 1/500, 5.6 and 35mm.

Hi Adobe Stock Contributors,I recently submitted two abstract gradient background images to Adobe Stock, and both were rejected with the reason “Missing Generative AI Flag.”However, these two images were created manually in Adobe Photoshop. I did not generate them using an AI image-generation tool. The images are simple abstract gradient backgrounds with vertical striped/blurred effects. I created the artwork myself in Photoshop using standard editing/design tools. The rejection message says:“During our review, we found that it is likely to be generated by AI not labelled as such.”This is confusing to me because I did not use AI image generation to create these files. My questions are:Can Adobe Stock automatically detect an image as AI-generated even when it was created manually in Photoshop? Could certain Photoshop features, filters, effects, or processing techniques trigger the “Missing Generative AI Flag” review? If I did not use any generative AI features, should I still mark the sub

Hello everyone,I’m looking for some advice from other Adobe Stock Contributors who may have experienced something similar.I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since 2018 and currently have approximately 8,000 assets in my portfolio, most of them videos. My account was suddenly deactivated today for “suspicious activity.” I received the email from Adobe at 5:07 AM local time here in Brazil. I was asleep at the time and had not logged into or used my account.I had not uploaded anything for approximately one month. During this period, I was only occasionally logging in to check my earnings. Everything had been completely normal with my account and sales.I had approximately US$83 in my account, and I was expecting a payment soon. Now I have completely lost access to my portfolio, sales history, and earnings information.I have absolutely no idea what the “suspicious activity” refers to. I have never purchased my own content, asked anyone to purchase or download my content, or intentionally

Hi everyone,I am facing an issue with my Adobe Stock contributor account. Whenever I upload and submit just 2 or 3 photos, I immediately get a "submission limit reached" error, even though my account is relatively new and I haven't uploaded in bulk.Could someone please guide me on why this is happening? Is there a temporary restriction on new accounts, or how can I resolve this issue?Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hello everyoneMy photowas rejected because it doesn't meet the quality standards. The reason given was: exposure issues, soft focus, noise/artifacts, or excessive filtering. I followed all the correct steps: used the original file from camera, removed metadata correctly without re-saving, did not over-edit, and size is over 4 MP. Could you please look at my photo and tellme specifically exactly what is wrong? Is it focus, light, noise, or something else?I want to fix it properly before resubmitting.Thank you very much you help.
I'm wondering what kind of similar designs should be avoided. For example, if I'm designing something about "laser lines," which is a design I've done successfully and consistently use, I want to make sure my designs don't duplicate this style. My work will focus on keywords related to "laser."Is this against Adobe's rules?
