Hacked Account, Subscription Cancelled & Terms Violation Appeal — Need Advice Hello Adobe Stock Community,I need advice regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Adobe Stock account was hacked, and at the same time my original Gmail account was also compromised. Because of this, I lost control of my Adobe account. After I recovered my Gmail and regained access, I contacted Adobe Support and explained that my Adobe account had been hacked. The Adobe Support agent told me to create a new Gmail address and create a new Adobe account. I followed the instructions given by Adobe Support. I created a new Gmail address and also provided genuine evidence proving my identity and explaining what had happened. However, my case was later closed. I was then told that there had been a Terms of Use violation and that I needed to submit an appeal.I submitted the appeal, but I have not received any response yet.I would like to ask other Adobe Stock contributors:How long did you have to wait
Sometimes, to ensure my assets will be accepted by the moderators, I use the "Find Similar" feature on the official Adobe Stock dashboard. I input the asset I intend to submit and enter relevant keywords, yet the results show only a handful of items—fewer than 50. A small part of me thinks, "This is a great opportunity; there are no similar assets out there," but in reality, my assets are repeatedly rejected due to "similar content" issues. Being only human, I sometimes wonder: are the moderators being unfair, dishonest, or opaque? Is there nepotism involved? How exactly do they curate submissions? What is the point of the "Find Similar" feature if assets that clearly aren't similar still get rejected? Ultimately, as an ordinary person, I have no choice but to accept the situation—so where can I turn to voice my grievances?
I tried to upload 2 photos to Adobe Stock but they got rejected with a “Quality Issue” reason. Can someone explain what’s wrong there and how can I fix it?
I filed an urgent DMCA copyright ticket (Case ID: 957291) with copyright-stock@adobe.com on Aug 1st regarding widespread theft of my portfolio by user #210037094. It has been over a week and the stolen assets are still live. I need an internal escalation to the IP compliance team today.Sean PavoneSean Pavone PhotoContributor ID: 201749477.
Hello Adobe Stock Team,Two of my SVG files were rejected due to a quality issue. I’m not sure what needs to be improved, so I would appreciate your expert guidance.I have attached both rejected files for review. Could you please let me know what specific quality issues I should correct?Thank you for your help and support.
Hello Adobe Staff and Community Experts,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated 5 months ago. I submitted an appeal back then, but I have not received any status update yet.Recently, I contacted Adobe Support via Live Chat and got my case escalated to the team.My portfolio contains over 6,000 motion graphics/video files created in full compliance with Adobe's guidelines. Since I have been waiting for a long time, could an Adobe Staff member please check my account status or guide me on how to get an update from the Compliance Team?Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you
I cant upload svg files. A massage show upload error.
I’ve uploaded many photos to Adobe Stock, but I keep getting the “Similar Content” rejection. How can I fix this problem? What should I change in my images or workflow to avoid similar-content rejections? I’d really appreciate your advice.
Please guide me on what is selling well on Adobe Stock right now. I have been a contributor for only 4 months and I’m still new. I don’t know what types of images I should create. I would really appreciate your advice.
Hi,I cannot find my contributor. stock.adobe.com portfolio page, but receive emails from Daily Earnings Reports for image sales.I would like to see what’s selling and add more images, but I cannot find my portfolio page. Can someone from Support please contact me as there is no portfolio page link under "Contributor Account".Thank you!
More customer backlash is forming in the Stock forum. The posts range from requesting the ability to create “blacklists” to filter “bad” contributors from web searches to a “comments & ratings system” for flagging poor-quality assets so that other customers don’t get “ripped off.” The underlying tone of these requests is frustration and disappointment at a lack of quality control. Buyers should never be disappointed with their Stock purchases. That’s a clear sign that some Contributors are taking lazy shortcuts and not ensuring that their work meets customer expectations. The worst culprits are auto-traced GenAI-slop packaged as editable vector graphics that customers can neither use nor edit in Illustrator. Customers feel cheated, and rightfully so. If customers get their wish (it could happen), there will be a lot of weeping & wailing by Contributors who have been cancelled by their customers. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
Hi All, What do you think of this photo? Not uploaded, yet. Just curious,if you think there is any room for it. Unusual angle may make it interesting for inclusion (?)Thanks a lot for commenting!A “newbie”.(thumbnail attached; original is 24MPx)
Hello, my previous account was registered with the wrong country setting by mistake and has been abandoned/deleted. This new account is my only active contributor account. Please help me unlock and activate this account. Thank you!
I’m new to Adobe Stock. If you were starting today, what type of images would you upload to get your first sales? Which subjects have good demand and less competition? Please share your best ideas!
Hello, I am trying to become an Adobe Stock Contributor, but I cannot access the Contributor portal.Whenever I try to access Adobe Stock Contributor, I receive this exact message:“Sorry, your access has been denied. You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements.”I am now 18 years old. I can sign in to my Adobe account normally, and I can also access Adobe Stock as a regular user. However, I cannot access the Contributor portal.I have tried signing in using my Adobe password, email verification code, and Google, but I receive the same access-denied message every time.I also checked my Adobe account profile and privacy settings, but I cannot find anywhere to view or verify my date of birth.I found another Adobe Community post with the same error, where it was suggested that if someone is over 18 but may have an incorrect date of birth associated with their Adobe ID, they should contact Adobe Customer Care.Could someone please advise me how
I took these images on my trip to Vietnam with my Sony a6400 (first image (resolution 6024x4024)) and DJImini 3 (last 2 images (resolution 3840x2160)).I’ve edited them and uploaded a slightly compressed version to adobe stock to be in the 45mb limit. After review it says there are quality problems and i’m not sure what it is. Are the images just bad? is the compression messing with the check? something else?
Hi,I recently created my Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio, but I noticed that my portfolio is visible in some countries while it does not appear to be visible in others. For example, I can access and see my portfolio when using some country versions of Adobe Stock, but when I switch to other countries, my portfolio cannot be found. Is this normal for a new contributor account? Does Adobe gradually make a new portfolio available in other countries? If so, how long does it usually take for the portfolio to become visible worldwide? Thanks!
Hello, my new contributor account is marked as inactive due to the multiple accounts policy. I already submitted the deletion request for my old account, but when I try to submit the exception form on the contact page, it returns a red error. Could an Adobe moderator please help me reactivate this account?
Hi :)I just started out and uploaded a few of my better photos to see if anything is good.I didn’t expect for most of them to get rejected because of quality. Can someone tell me what’s qualitywise wrong with these shots so I can improve?Thank you
I created an Adobe Stock Contributor account using my Samsung phone . Today, I tried to log in from my PC, but my account appears to be inactive.
Hello everyone,I’m looking for some advice from other Adobe Stock Contributors who may have experienced something similar.I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since 2018 and currently have approximately 8,000 assets in my portfolio, most of them videos. My account was suddenly deactivated today for “suspicious activity.” I received the email from Adobe at 5:07 AM local time here in Brazil. I was asleep at the time and had not logged into or used my account.I had not uploaded anything for approximately one month. During this period, I was only occasionally logging in to check my earnings. Everything had been completely normal with my account and sales.I had approximately US$83 in my account, and I was expecting a payment soon. Now I have completely lost access to my portfolio, sales history, and earnings information.I have absolutely no idea what the “suspicious activity” refers to. I have never purchased my own content, asked anyone to purchase or download my content, or intentionally
I noticed that most of my 80+ recent submissions were accepted, but one – which seems innocuous enough to me but which I may need some feedback on – was rejected for being a non-compliant image. After looking through the few that were rejected, I believe it’s because male nipples are no longer allowed in illustrations. Is this true? I see they are still allowed in photographs, and were allowed in illustrations up until about 6 or 7 weeks ago, but now they’re not. Also, women with snakes in their mouths, or any kind of physical passion (even if non-graphic) also seem to be disallowed for the same reason. Can anyone confirm?non-compliantnon-compliantnon-compliantnon-compliant
The image rejection process doesn't seem to be working properly. I've accumulated a large number of rejected photos, and here are my thoughts.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REFUSAL – Sometimes this rejection is justified, but not very often. I'd say around 70% of these rejections seem to have no valid basis at all. For example, I have a photo showing nothing more than a path, an ordinary bench, and a small part of a completely ordinary building visible through the trees—and it was rejected. Or a distant cityscape where there are no recognizable or iconic buildings. In many cases, it's impossible to understand what intellectual property rights are supposedly being violated.AESTHETIC OR COMMERCIAL APPEAL OF IMAGE – This one can also be surprising. Interesting and well-composed photos are sometimes rejected for questionable reasons. To be fair, this has become less common recently.IMAGE OUT OF FOCUS – This one really puzzles me. I check my images very carefully and almost never submit photos that
