Can someone please tell me how to make something different than 2 million images on Adobe?I work with my own prompts; I don’t use anyone else's images, and I am tired of spending 2 hours on each picture only to have it rejected because there are similar images. There are over 2 million! let the buyers decide which they want and which artist they want to work with! How can you make anything different>I made red bands, worked 2 hours , made sure kitchen was different.I checked to make sure there were different pieces and movement. Let the buyers decide. I worked too hard on these! 2 million pictures, it is not possible to make a different AI that will sell. My psychodilic butterfly got accepted, but it will never sell. I am upset! The kitchen is the one I am most upset about. And there were no quality issues because I ran them through an AI generator to find mistakes.
Hello, I requested a payout of $80 on May 10. I understand that payments usually take around 7–10 business days, but this time the waiting period has exceeded the normal timeframe and the payment is still showing as "Pending" until now.My sister requested a payout on the same day and received her payment normally after 6 days, so I am worried that there may be an issue with my payout specifically.I contacted support on Saturday but have not received any response yet. I am also concerned because while this payout is still pending, I cannot request another withdrawal.Has anyone experienced something similar before?
Hello,I would like to kindly ask for your guidance regarding my recent AI video submissions. Over the past two to three weeks, many of my assets have been rejected, and I would sincerely appreciate understanding the reasons behind these rejections so I can improve the quality of my future submissions.I have already tried several improvements, including changing the video generation models and experimenting with different image generation tools and workflows. I invest significantly in these creative tools nearly $200 per month and I am continuously trying my best to create high-quality assets that meet the platform’s standards. As a contributor, I have already submitted nearly 15,000 AI videos and I am very passionate about continuing to contribute even more valuable content in the future. Therefore, I would be extremely grateful if you could kindly point out the mistakes or areas I should improve when submitting assets.Your feedback and support would mean a lot to me and would greatly h
I'd like to know why this photo was rejected.https://anytourl.com/s/82723584674406918
Ich finde das Foto ist scharf und hat keine technischen Probleme.Danke für eure Rückmeldung.
Bonjour, je démarre juste et j'ai énormément de contenu rejeté pour des raisons de qualité. J'aimerais comprendre pourquoi
Sorry for my english, I’m italian, I’ve been publishing my photos in adobe stock since 2019 and I have about 900 photos in my portfolio, but the last 10 pictures have been rejected due to quality issues. My style is always the same, as the subjects, so I wonder why, it happened only a few times and now apparently they reject all the pictures. Thanks for the help!Cecilia
I’ve been uploading AI-generated videos to stock sites for over a year; the acceptance rate used to be around 60%. Now it’s almost 0%. The moderator says the issue is with the quality. What has changed? Where can I see the specific problem?
Hello everyone,I joined Adobe Stock Contributor about two months ago and I mainly upload motion graphics / animation videos. So far, I have received 8 downloads in total, but 5 of those downloads came from the same asset. Because I am still new to the platform, I am a little concerned and confused about whether this is normal customer behavior or if it could be considered suspicious activity or fake downloads. I have never tried to manipulate downloads or violate any rules.I want to know the best and fastest way to contact Adobe support for contributor-related issues. Should I use live chat, email, contributor support form, or another method?
I would like to know why Adobe rejected these two photos. On my first attempt, they were rejected for lack of quality. After that, I processed them digitally, removed noise and artifacts, adjusted the lighting and color, and did an upscaling. To my surprise, Adobe rejected them a second time.I would like to know the reason to avoid making the same mistakes in the future and working in vain.Thank you very much to anyone who can help me.
One of my clients sent me stock footage from Shutterstock that was AI generated in Adobe Firefly, as they are cross selling the same footage on both platforms in violation of Shutterstock’s policy. The footage itself is terrible quality with doubled frames every couple frames as if they added a pulldown from 24p to 30p. I am sick and tired of having to deal with this poor quality stock by hack users, as I had to output an image sequence just so I could remove the random double frames. I have reported the user on Shutterstock and I’m reporting them here too:Shutterstock account with Firefly generated footageSame profile on Adobe Stock:The saddest thing is knowing how much of other users (and my own) 3D work has been absorbed by these generators who just spit out slop based on 30 years of dedication and discipline honing a real craft. I wish corporations were more ashamed of their absolute piracy.
Hello everyone, I need some help! Many of my original handmade icons and unique AI surreal artworks were rejected on Adobe Stock for 'Similar Content.'I am confident they are unique, as I've used distinct titles and keywords for every single file. It seems like the automated system is flagging them incorrectly. I have many other images that were also rejected for the same reason. Has anyone faced this? How can I get a manual review or fix this issue? Any advice would be a huge help!"
Hi friends,This file was rejected due to "similar content". I hope to receive criticism about the file so that I can improve in my future project.Any suggestions are appreciated.
Adobe stock didn't accept my this EPS File... Any reason?
I can't click the buttons inside the banner for free collection nomination (2026). I followed the steps to enable pop-ups, but nothing works so far. Anybody else is experiencing the similar situations? Any leads will be highly appreciated!
I am an Adobe Stock video contributor and currently experiencing the weekly submission limit restriction. Because of this, I am temporarily unable to submit my prepared videos for review. At the moment, I continue uploading my content as drafts and carefully preparing titles, descriptions, and keywords in advance so they are ready once my quota becomes available again.I would appreciate if you could kindly provide more information about:how the weekly submission limits work, which factors affect contributor quotas, and whether there is a way to increase my current submission limit over time.
Hello Adobe Team, I found a third-party site “AdobeTrack” claiming to track Adobe Stock contributor downloads and analytics. Is this allowed under Adobe policies since no official contributor API exists? Please clarify if this is safe or violates terms.
Hi everyone,I am an Adobe Stock contributor. I have heard from many people that if you use the Drop Shadow effect in an Adobe Illustrator file, Adobe Stock may reject the submission, and that Drop Shadow effects should not be used in stock files. Is this actually true? I am feeling quite confused about this and would really appreciate some clarification from experienced contributors.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
my image looks beautifull in my opinion and is quite original nobody else photographed this train i also have one more that looks nice but got rejected for the same reason i also have one that got rejected for ip infringment but it clearly features a generic pharmacy sign (also the pharmacy was closed down when i took the photo) cna somebody explain if this is a fluke or what is wrong with my images (i understand there is a small mistake in the photo with a finger i belive being visible due to a reflection i think but is that the whole reason?)
Hello,I am writing here hoping an Adobe staff member can help escalate my case. My contributor account was deactivated on April 30, 2026, due to an automated flag for "suspicious activity."I filed an official appeal immediately and have received Case #00509138. Over the last nearly three weeks, I have followed up three times via email providing definitive, concrete proof that 100% of my content is original—including screenshots of my Adobe Premiere Pro editing timelines, raw camera/D-Log video file structures, and metadata. I have received no response or clarification from support.Check my file below:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NntnXGZovs1Zijd1C4hZnESLj6WrKNx9/view?usp=sharingMy account currently has a $400 pending payout on hold. I am a legitimate videographer and have never engaged in any fraud, account manipulation, or policy violations. I suspect my account may have been falsely flagged by an automated bot due to a sudden, clean spike in organic sales.Could a staff member plea
I submitted my appeal through the official Contact Us form and received case number 00503355. I also sent a polite follow-up in the same email thread after waiting more than two weeks. At the moment, I have not received any additional updates regarding the review status. I would simply like to know whether this waiting period is considered normal for contributor account investigations and whether there are any further steps I should take while waiting.Thank you for any guidance.
not sharp enough in the corners? can I crop and resubmit?
