Stock Contributors

Please give me feedback on why my photo was rejected due to quality issues, so I can learn for my next upload. 

I have been a contributor in Stock for 3 years and they deactivated due to suspicious activity and when I try to ask or send email, I don’t receive any reply. I did follow the guidelines submissions and rules and for that I cannot understand why Adobe Stock my account without clarifying the reason I lost many money already because before they deactivated my account, I tried to withdraw my earnings and then after my 2 days I receive that email saying that my account is blocked. Its already 2 months since my contributor account is deactivated and I keep sending email and case number but I didn't receive any reply.

This image was rejected due to quality; why? 

Hello everyone,I'm an Adobe Stock contributor and I want to make sure my workflow follows the rules so my account stays safe. Here is exactly what I do:1. I generate images with Google Gemini (paid Pro plan). The images I download have no visible watermark.2. I upscale and improve the quality using my own custom tool, written by me. It runs locally on my PC, offline, and is not public.3. I transfer the final files from my PC to my phone via Telegram (sent as files, so quality is not reduced).4. I upload them to Adobe Stock and always tick the "Created using generative AI tools" checkbox.I only upload AI-generated content. My prompts contain no real people, brands, logos, artist names, or copyrighted characters, and my titles describe only the main subject.My questions:- Is it acceptable to submit images generated with Google Gemini to Adobe Stock, given Adobe's requirement that the tool's terms allow commercial licensing?- Is there any issue with using my own custom upscaler on Gemini-

Hello, I am trying to complete my Adobe Stock contributor onboarding, but I cannot add my Pakistan (+92) mobile number to my Adobe account. Every attempt shows 'An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.' — no SMS verification code is ever sent. I have tried different browsers, incognito mode, different devices, and my own phone — same result every time. This is blocking my contributor onboarding at the mandatory phone verification step. Could the Adobe team please investigate whether +92 SMS verification is currently broken, and either fix it or provide an alternative verification method? Thank you.

I uploaded this image and adobe rejected it for quality issue , what's the issue ? any illustrators here can give advice on uploading photoshop illustrations ( in general ) ? Thank you in advance

I'd really appreciate some honest feedback from experienced contributors.At the moment I have 702 approved assets, mostly photographs: travel, architecture, Spanish towns and cities, landscapes, animals and documentary/street photography.My current numbers are:• 702 approved assets• 32 downloads in the last 12 weeks• $22.67 earned in the last 12 weeks• 7 downloads / $5.29 this week so far• 32 different photographs have generated at least one sale• My current weekly ranking is around 46,500I also have around 300 additional photographs waiting to be reviewed and submitted, so I'm expecting my portfolio to grow considerably over the next few months.One thing I've noticed is that my sales are very distributed. I don't really have a "bestseller" that sells repeatedly. Instead, many different photographs generate occasional individual sales.My questions are:Does this sale

I want to know if two Accounts of different people open at same device, can ut lead to account suspension or blockage?As Last time my brother was using my device, so he asked if he can sign up his account on my device.

It looks like the 'File #' search bar on the contributor dashboard is bugged. It's currently only working for assets from before August 5, 2026.Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello Adobe Team,My contributor account was deactivated on August 18. I submitted an appeal on the same day and received Case ID ADB-46680649-Y3K6. I also sent a follow-up email on September 3, but I have not received any response or update regarding my account review.Could a staff member or moderator please help escalate this ticket to the Contributor Relations team?Thank you!

Can I use AI to help come up with a title for the image?

How many files I can upload to Adobe stock in one day, week or month, 2026.

Hello,I am trying to create an Adobe Stock Contributor account using my existing personal Adobe ID.I live in Georgia. My Adobe ID email is verified, I can sign in successfully, and Adobe’s phone-number form recognizes +995 Georgia. However, immediately after signing in at https://contributor.stock.adobe.com, I am redirected to:“New account creation is not available at this time.”The error occurs before I can create a Contributor profile or complete phone verification, tax, payout, or agreement steps. Therefore I also cannot access the Contributor Support form, because it redirects to the same unavailable page.Could an Adobe staff member or Community Manager please confirm:1. Whether new Adobe Stock Contributor registration is currently available for residents of Georgia;2. Whether the country/region internally associated with my Adobe ID may be preventing creation; and3. How this can be escalated to Contributor Relations for review?I have no other Contributor account and do not want to

Hello Adobe Team, My pink ghost checkerboard pattern was rejected for "Undeclared Generative AI" but it is 100% hand-drawn in Ibis Paint X on iPad. This is NOT AI generated. The small flowers are from Ibis Paint's default brush tool which I tapped manually one by one, not AI. I have the full drawing process recorded: Proof timelapse video:  I also have the original .ipv file with layers as proof. Could you please do a manual review and remove the AI flag?  Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Community,I recently created my Adobe Stock Contributor account, and this is the first and only Contributor account I have ever created.However, my account is showing as “Inactive” with a message saying that Adobe Stock does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.I tried contacting Contributor Support through the official Contact Us form and selected:Account → Multiple account approval requestBut when I try to submit the case, I receive this error:“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case.”I have never intentionally created or operated another Adobe Stock Contributor account.Could someone please advise me on how I can get this issue reviewed by Adobe Contributor Relations?Thank you.

Dear community,I recently submitted these photos. The one with the yellow flower was accepted whereas the pink flower in the tree was rejected due to Quality issues. I must admit, I am new to Adobe and don’t understand the exact reasons for this decision. Ich habe mehrere Bilder bei denen Kraniche im Wasser stehen und ein Boot mit auf dem Foto im Hintergrund ist, in der Nacht.Oder gibt es solche Bilder doch schon?

I recently uploaded a few pictures and they all got rejected, just wondering what I can change in my photography to increase my chances of having my pictures approved. 

I am really getting disgusted by this AI stuff. Just for fun, I put this image that I took with my camera today. I physically, in Photoshop, removed the pictures in the background. Nothing else was touched in this photo. I put it into three AI programs. One came back absolutely AI. The other two came back, not AI. What can we do about this? This is a real picture. No AI tools were used at all. How are the inspectors going to know when an image is real? Especially if it goes through a generator. 

When you click on an image it shows the pixel count but not the resolution or dpi. How do I know if it is 300 dpi or not?
