Hallo,

wie kann ich meine Fotolia-Lizenzen (vor vielen Jahren erworben) weiter verwenden? Die Anleitungen zur Migration verweisen auf eine Fotolia Loginpage, die ich nirgends finde, bzw. von der auf die Adobe-Hauptseite umgeleitet wird.

Ich erinnere mich nicht genau, ob ich eine Migration schon einmal (ebenfalls vor einigen Jahren) vorgenommen habe, denn ich besitze ein Adobe Account. Dort finde ich in der Lizenzen-Liste leider meine Fotolia-Lizenzen nicht. Meine alten fotolia-Zugangsdaten habe ich noch.

Wie kann ich meine Fotolia-Lizenzen wiederfinden?

Many thanks. I had a phone conversation with customer support. Most likely (I do not remember exactly because it probably happened a couple of years ago) I alread migrated. I read that one year after migration, the licenses will disappear, so the license history is empty. Since I documented most of my licenses back in the fotolia days, my issue remains with the 5 or so licenses I acquired after my last documentation. I consider the ticket closed.

No, the licences are perpetual, they do not disappear. What you probably read is about the unused credits that expire after a year. So your licence history should show all licences acquired (it seems that the date is the date of the transfer, not the date the licence got acquired, but that should be irrelevant in your case.).

My guess is that you have a second account, where you migrated the assets. Or you were looking in the wrong place. Just to confirm, the licence history may be found here: https://stock.adobe.com/Dashboard/LicenseHistory.

Fotolia wurde vor Jahren geschlossen. Ich habe keine Ahnung, ob eine Migration noch immer möglich ist, ich nehme aber an, dass die automatische Migration geschlossen wurde. Hier kann nur der Support weiterhelfen oder eventuell @Liza5C0C .

Ich habe vermutlich die Migration vor ein paar Jahren schon vorgenommen (erinnere mich nicht genau, aber ich hatte vermutlich aus diesem Grund schon ein ansonsten ungenutztes adobe account), und soweit ich gelesen habe, bleiben die Lizenzen dann nur für ein Jahr stehen. Was bei fotolia fortbestanden hätte - insofern ärgerlich. Glücklicherweise habe ich den Großteil meiner Lizenzen seinerzeit noch bei Fotolia dokumentiert.

Diese Information ist falsch. Die Lizenzen bleiben natürlich auch nach einem Transfer im Nutzerkonto bestehen.

Das, was Du hier angibst, sind die Kredite, welche eine »Lebenszeit« von einem Jahr haben und dann auslaufen. Die Kredite werden benötigt, um Lizenzen zu erwerben.

Meine Historie reicht bis ins Jahr 2018 zurück, als ich angefangen habe, Stockbilder zu lizenzieren:
