What is wrong? 2020 file opened up in 2021 file with almost everything missing...

What kind of file was that? AI? AIC?
And the missing elements have been created in 2021?
You cannot rely on files being compatible with lower versions.
If you want someone to try, please upload the file to Dropbox or the like

The file was created in Illustrator 2020, but wont open up correctly in 2021. Im not going backwards. Here is the file. I sent off to a silk screen printer and they also cant open properly in 2021. They had to revert to 2020 to open it....

Looks like a very complex file. Pantone spot colors are not very useful in an RGB document.
4018 clipping masks (many unneccesary), 4008 opacity masks.
Flattening the file in CC 2020 seems to help.
