3D Tilt View of Layers

I had Photoshop Touch for one of my Android Tablets previously and it had a feature where you could double-tap any layer to get a 3D tilt view of all your layers. Does Illustrator have anything like this? I'm on Illustrator CC Tryout 22.0.1

No Illustrator doesn't have this.

What do you want to achieve and what do you have?

I just found it to be useful to present to others when trying to explain the "layers" concept.

In that case: no, you can't do anything about it.

But you can fake it (more or less) with Layer Effects.

and you can make it a Graphic Style.
