3D und Materialien Illustrator Fehlermeldung

Guten Tag,

wenn ich die 3d und Materialien funktion in Illustrator nutzen will, bekomme ich diese Fehlermeldung:

"Der Vorgang kann nicht vollständig ausgeführt werden, weil ein unbekannter Fehler aufgetreten ist. [Clr?]"

Leider kann ich hierzu keine Lösung finden, kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?

These are my hardware specifications:

Prozessor 2,6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
Grafik AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4
GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630
1536 MB
Speicher 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
Startvolume Macintosh HD
macOS Sonoma 14.5

Im using the 28.5 Version of Illustrator.

The problem always occurs, whether in a new or old document.

The size of the document is not important here, I tried it with a very small and also with a slightly larger file. I create a shape or text and then go to the menu item "Effects" then to "3D and Materials" and then select, for example, "inflate" then a pop-up window immediately appears with the error message.

Wieviel RAM ist installiert?

Bei weniger als 16 GB ist das quasi zu erwarten.

Aber selbst mit 16 GB kann es bei komplexen Objekten eng werden.

Mein System hat 32 GB RAM, das sollte eigentlich nicht das Problem sein.

Habe aber auch schon daran gedacht das es ein Hardware problem sein könnte.

Dann würde ich als nächstes den Computer neu starten. Nur Illustrator öffnen und eine neue Datei anlegen und es nochmal probieren.

Dann gibt es noch eine merkwürdige Sache: wie ist das Farbmanagement eingestellt?

Bearbeiten > Farbeinstellungen. Das darf nicht "Illustrator 6 emulieren" sein.
