Just set the Japanese type.
Then apply a gradient to the text object
And apply a shadow.

If you are looking for cool Japanese fonts and you are an Adobe CC member, there is a great range of both English and Japanese fonts at fonts.adobe.com. I've synced some of these Japanese fonts to my English based system and used them without a problem. Look for the Japanese button in the upper right corner.

There are many ways you could achieve this look. After typing some text I applied a black stroke, gradient fill and a hard drop shadow.
If you want to slant the text make a shape like I did in the example below (colour and stroke not important). Select the text and the newly created shape and from the menu choose…
Object > Envelope Distort > Make with Top Object

Then start with that.
Create the text and format it.
Next select the text with the selection tool. Don't double click.
Open the appearance panel.
Create a new fill for the text object. You will need to read the documentation about the appearance panel. You need to understand the panel. How to adjust appearance attributes in Illustrator If we tell you to click here or click there that doesn't help you. Read that and try to understand it.
You then move that new fill on top of the "Characters" entry in the appearance panel. This basically works like layers. You just move it in the panel.
Apply a gradient to that fill. If you don't know how to create gradients, again there's documentation for you to read: Create gradients in Illustrator Make it a linear gradient.
Then apply Effect > Stylize > Drop shadow (in the upper part of the effect menu). Make it a hard shadow with blur set to 0.
You can see the screenshots in Michael Bullo's post.

This just takes time to learn.
But you might want to post this as a job offer on some freelancer website. I'm sure you will find someone who will gladly do this job for a few bucks.
