Adobe Color Themes not visible in my Windows option

I was following along with a tutorial on swatches and color themes, but noticed that I didn't have the color themes option in my sidebar. I couldn't add it from my windows button up top either. I'm using Illustrator V27.1

Colour themes were removed from all Adobe apps a few versions ago. 

The 'replacement' is supposed to be Adobe Color, an online tool:
