Adobe illustrator and indesign are tiny

For some reason the format and action buttons are tiny and it is making it hard to do my work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't help. I just need this to go back to normal size.

If it still does not help please upvote the issue here: Tiny size indicators on high-resolution displays – Adobe Illustrator Feedback . This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
