Wanted ot share the following from the Illustrator product managers.

When you open and new document and choose the profile the default has one profile twice with the name reversed...

Film and Video and Video and Film.

The Film and Video is the new one. You do not need the 2 of them. to eliminate it...

Go to: (on MAC...)

Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator 21/New Document Profiles. If you see duplicate profiles,
remove the one titled “Video & Film” – that’s the old one.

Thanks for passing along this helpful information. I hope this something that Adobe is planning to fix in an update.
