Some icons such as duplicate and many others say that they are currently unavalible when i try to use them, does anyone know what this means?

As in the different tools which are presented in the app to use on your design. i have put in a screen shot to show you how many of these are unavalible for me and im not sure why they are

Yes and when i want to use a tool on it it just says unavalible, this also happens in the search bar when looking for a tool and its there but when i click on it it says unavalible

Sorry to be so particular, but could you show a screenshot with the object selected and the 'Object' menu open, as in your first image? I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Also, what is it exactly that you are trying to do?

I just clicked on the object and when into the object menu bar and it worked, i just downloaded this so i didnt quite undertsnad it but thank you! and sorry if i confused you.
