I am encountering an issue with my computer running Windows 11 Pro while using Adobe Illustrator. The mouse cursor does not appear in the artwork area of the program, though it is visible without any issues in all other areas. I also use other Adobe programs and have not encountered this type of problem with them. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide on this matter.

Are you running this preview build of Windows?

Is it possible for you to use a general release version instead?

Hello @Tolga36135996z0z4,
We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind checking if you have an Insider Build of Windows installed (adobe.ly/3IIAIT2)? If yes, kindly try the suggestions shared here (adobe.ly/49YdWSP) to perform a clean installation of Windows, as suggested by Doug, to see if it helps.
Alternatively, try updating to the latest Insider Preview (https://adobe.ly/3VsQicH) and share your observations
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav

I've run into this exact problem on occasion, I am running Windows 10 on Adobe Illustrator version 28.3, and the only solution that works for me is to completely shut down Illustrator and then re-open the program. If this does not solve the issue for you like it has for me, I would do a complete uninstall-reinstall.
Hope this helps!
