I use Illustrator on a daily basis and do laser engraving in my garage, the problem is, that my computer linked to the engraving machine isn't powerful enough to do anything more than open Illustrator and transfer to my engraving software so I have to complete all design work on my personal computer in my home office.
I don't find this an issue and have been doing it for years as my monthly payment covers two licenses.
I keep getting asked every 4/6 weeks to change my password as it recognises two people are using Illustrator. This is becoming extremely annoying as it logs me out of both Illustrators and also all other Adobe apps such as Photoshop and Lightroom.
Has anyone experienced this issue? I can't seem to find a way to inform Adobe that it's one person on two computers, any attempt to contact Adobe is impossible and ends up talking to a useless bot.
Thank you in advance!

I regularly use the same license while switching between three different computers and haven't had this issue.
If you can't get past the bot, tell it explicitly you want to speak to an agent:

Are you leaving the installations of Adobe Illustrator on both computers running? Normally there shouldn't be any warnings about improper use of an Illustrator license unless the same application is running on two computers simultaneously (especially two computers on the same network).
I use my CC license at work and then on my notebook at home without any issues. But I always shut down either computer when I'm not using them. If I do happen to leave a computer running I'll shut down open applications such as Illustrator.

Even if you do leave the same app logged in, all that should happen is CC prompts you to choose one to sign out of.
