I have the next problem with my AI, the system engineer did the process but the problem continue, what can i do ? Thanks a lot for you support.

Try to repeat the process. There were 2 updates, a week ago and today. So, system may require the latest update.

la solucion al problema es cambiar el computador porque la capacidad no funciona con la ultima version del AI, asi que tuve que cancelar la suscripcion que por cierto pague y no puedo ultilizar el servicio, es posible el retorno del dinero del mes que no use ? Mil Gracias
