AI Template downloads as text

I've downloaded  300736501 and it opens as text. I followed the text instructions and saved with PDF option on. However, upon reopening, still text. Am I out of luck?

We'll be happy to help. Template you downloaded gives you option to enter customized text, which I believe you did already.
Do you want this text to be rasterized?
I'd appreciate if you can give us the screenshots or a small video of the process, so that we can understand it better.

I cannot open the download, even after following these instructions. Is it possible to be refunded?

It opens with this "This has been saved without PDF ..."?

In that case you seem to have a lower version than the file has been created in.

Maybe the Adobe Stock team will downsave it for you. But since the license doesn't cover that you give it to someone for conversion, your only other option is to download a new version.
