Ai Vector File 205133142 is Blank Upon Download

I purchased the above vector file and every time I try to open it, the screen is blank. I can see the graphic in the layers window, but the artboard is blank.

It is there, just not on the artboard, zoom out to see it.

When opening you get options for creating artboards. Select the Artwork Bounding Box and use Cmd or Ctrl 0 to focus on it.
