Align mulitple objects on artboard

Hello!
I have a question about aligning multiple object evenly and seperated from eachother within my artboard.
I'll insert a picture on what I mean.

I would like to go from this

To this

with as few clicks as possible. Or if anyone know if there is any other function that works this way?
I've tried making an action with the different alignment tools but I can't get it to fully do what I need. Long story short, I work for a company that makes personalized gifts and one marking method we use on our products are transfer prints, and this would save us a tremendous amount of time in our production.
Any ideas are welcome! Actions, other standard commands, plugins. I'm willing to try anything 🙂
