an unknown error occurred and i got a window saying only fonts with appropriate permission will be

Hi there,

when i try to save my worke

3 even when i did not use any text!

I do not know why?

as a beginner, I recieved this problem twice. 

Fortunately, these files were not very important. I just don't want to repeat this problem or at least know how to solve it.

The fonts warning appears to be standard and generic (I created a document with just a rectangle in it and received the same warning) and may have nothing to do with what's in your particular document. I can't explain the unknown error.

In order to look for the unknown error, we'd need some more information like:

1. Does it happen with a specific document?

2. Are you trying to save files on a network drive or local?

3. Is Illustrator & OS updated to the latest version? Please share the version of both.
