Arrow keys weird inverting

So I'm on a windows pc and running the latest version of abobe illustrator (V28.3) and my arrow keys are inverting in a very different way, so if i press my up arrow key it moves the object left, If i Press down on my down arrow keys it moves the object right, If I press my left arrow key it moves the object down, If I press my right arrow key it moves the object up. I don't know how long I have had that problem for and only found out about it today, really need to fix it quick because I use illstrator for school and I have no idea whats wrong.

Maybe you rotated the artboard 90 degrees.

Have a look at the lower left of your doc window.
