autosave in illustrator CS6

Is there an autosave feature in Ilustrator CS6 like there is in Photoshop CS6 ?

Only for the thread to be deleted and removed, thats pathetic on Adobe's part if that is the case.

I assume it was because of bad language in the thread title. I'm pretty sure that the latest versions of Illustrator *do* have auto-save. For earlier versions (CS6 onwards) on Mac OS X, you can always use Ai Auto Save:
