I can't open my Illustrator and I am getting an error message saying they can't verify my subscription status. This has never happened before. What can I do? I am paying monthly for this and using Adobe Illlustrator 2020/

Thank you. I believe I know what is causing this. I remembered that I recently changed my credit card info and it needs to be updated in Adobe. I have been in Manage accounts and everywhere and I can't find a page where the card number can be changed. If you could help me with this, I believe it would solve the problem.
