We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) to remove Illustrator and then reinstall using the Creative Cloud Desktop app (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/download-creative-cloud-apps.html) to check if it helps.
