Hey there,
CC libraries has been super dodgy over the past couple of days. Incredibly frustrating.
Assets are being lost between apps. Yesterday Illustrator was displaying 'There is nothing in this group', now it is InDesign. After a 3-5 minutes, the content appears again. Search function is not able to find assets. Loading new assets is incredibly slow and requires work arounds. Eg. Drag and Drop only works intermittently so need to right click and 'add to library' insted then find the apporpriate folder.
Please see screen grabs. Other things to note:
Adobe, please sort this out, it is so incredibly boring. Outside of the frustration of having a very expensive suite of programs unable to perform simple tasks, the interruption to workflow is detrimental.
Thank you,
Jane

Hello @pegandpop,
We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:
- Close all Adobe applications
- Download and run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) to remove the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CC Libraries, and CoreSync
- Download and reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html)
- Relaunch Illustrator
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav

Hi Anubhav,
additional troubleshooting or even just a response to the below would have been appreciated.
A new addition to library issues has been attached below.
Library navigation has disappeared. It works, it's just not visible. So unless you know the program well enough that you can remember how to create a 'new group from selection' or expand and collapse a library without any prompts, its a bit of an issue.
If you could let me know what Adobe is doing to fix this basic function, that would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Jane
