Where is it? People working in Print have had the Color Book Pantone Color Bridge Coated forever and now it's gone. I can't use anything else.

Several Pantone Color books are no longer included in Illustrator. If you still need them you can buy a Pantone licence via the Pantone Connect plugin. Please check out this article for detailed info on the topic:

You can install the .acb color books for previous Pantone releases from the previous Illustrator builds.
