Color gets saturated when exported from a CMYK artwork to .PDF

I am using Adobe Illustrator CC 2014. I am in the process of creating a brochure in CMYK mode. Here comes the issue when I export it in PDF the colors get saturated. Please help!

as should help you understand the visual difference. I gather you brochure is for printing thus the cmyk and hope you have a pantone book that gives you the correct visual of the colors you are using. Your screen will not give you a totally correct visual unless calibrated. Hope this helps.
