Complicated Pie Chart Question: Nested slices in a group?

Hello,

Can Illustrator create a PIE CHART with nested slices within a GROUP?

For instance, if I have a pie chart that is split in four slices/quarters (25% each) and there are some slices with each quarter slice? Is there a way to do that?

I have uploaded an image for reference/explain my question better. For instance, the yellow section is 25% of the whole pie and it has 8 slices within the 25% slice.
