Copy & paste doesnt working,, :(

I use 25.1v illurstrator, Window 10.

I paste(ctrl+v) any picture to Illurstrator, it just show blank with blue border.

How can I fix it??

It is really annoying!!!

Have you tried placing images instead? File > Place.

Yeah,, it also doesn't working.

and i had tried to uncheck 'preference' clipboard SVG option. 😞

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please make sure you have OS & GPU updated to the latest version. You may also try disabling the GPU Performance under Preferences > Performance.

I just solve this problem.

I was using English version Illurstratior.

And now i use Korean version Illurstratior, and now work it out.

I don't know what's the reason.

At a guess, CMYK color?~~

If i do ctrl V, then this question open,,

This doesnt show in Eng version, probably this is the reason..
