Copy Pictures from Office 2016 to Illustrator CC

Hey Guys,

I have a problem with copying pictures from Office 2016 to Illustrator CC (or CS 5.5). I got this message:

Copying pictures from Office 2010 to Illustrator CC (or CS 5.5) is not a problem.

Has anyone an idea how I can solve the problem?

Could you retype the text of the error directly into a post? That would allow the non-German-speakers on the forum to get a translation so we can understand the nature of the error.

It basically tells you that nobody knows and we don't know either.

And @ IT_U:

"Office 2016" and "pictures" is no suitable description at all. About which Office app and which kind of images/pictures/artwork exactly are we talking???

Hi,

the Office app is PowerPoint (2016) and we copy Areas. See the attached example:            

If you copy this icons, texts and boxes we get the error you can see in the first post.
