Hey guys, kindly help in achieving the above artwork using either Illustrator or Photoshop

Nothing complicated abhout it. Just a basic path with a stroke. The only thing to consider is of course that you need to split it up and use duplicates where it self-intersects to allow for the shadow effect to be added.
