Does anyone know how to add multiple paths to a stroke, but different on each side?

Hi I'm trying to create a path that has 5 strokes that ends in an arrow head. See pictureScreen Shot 2019-11-07 at 10.15.04.png

Currently I've just been manually drawing lines and aligning them, which works fine when it's just a straight line. However, I now need to create a curved path, which as you guys can imagine, is not going to so well. It would be alot easy if this was just one path.

I've tried the offset paths in the appearance panel, but the strokes are applied to the entire of the path. Any one have any idea how to achieve multiple strokes, but different on each side without having to expand the path?

The strokes themselves can be done with a very special width profile. But the arrowhead can't be done. So probably you want to create a brush for this.

Literally, figured out it'll need to be a pattern brush as I posted this! Thank you for your help! Cheers

It could equally be an art brush.
