Error in display Arabic letters copied from Excel

When i select arabic text from Excel Sheet to Illustrator its appeared like that 

0000000000

How can i fix that please ?

Is your installed version of AI the English-Arabic one or just English? If just English, then uninstall and reinstall using the English-Arabic version from the Creative Cloud.
