Error to save ID 54

Hello, I have this message when i want to save

In french and english, i have try to save i different folder... befrore I use win 7, when i put win 10 i have the problem...

Thanks for reaching out. Please share version of OS and Illustrator.
Also, Are you saving the files on a network?
If yes, please try saving it on local storage and then move it to the network.
