estirar objetos o textos

Hola! como puedo estirar (para que se agrande) un objeto o texto sin que se deforme, cuando presiono (ctrl+alt) me abre una ventana para desplazar la pieza, y no para estirarla.

When resizing, hold Shift to to maintain the aspect ratio and not deform your object.
