How exactly do you save the file?

How exactly do you open/view it?

I get this a lot. There is most likely a pixel or maybe an empty text box out there somewhere. What I do is run the Clean Up tool to make sure there is nothing out there. In the menu, click Object > Path > Clean Up. This will you give you a little optons box, just click Ok, and it'll do it's work. If it doesn't come back with anything, it found something and cleaned it. If it didn't find anything, it'll notify you there was no clean up necessary.

If you get the 'no clean up necessary' message, I would press Ctrl + Y (Outline view) and see if you can see something out in that white space. It there is something there, just highlight it and delete it.
