Use the Appearance panel to add the effect to the pattern fill.

@Victor34750799nil6 hard to say what you are seeing in your PDF? If you can show a screenshot that could go a long way. This is what happens when I use a pattern via Generative AI pattern maker. Is this what you mean that you see a line?
With a stroke (black line)
With the pattern selected, select the stroke in the tool bar and change to none.

Set your units to pixels or points.
Double click your pattern in the Swatches panel to open your pattern in the Pattern maker.
Check if the width and height sizes do contain fractions.
This could be a reason to show anti-aliased lines.
Try to turn off anti-aliasing in the Illustrator Preferences. Check in Acrobat if they disappear when you turn off in Preferences > Page Display > Rendering > Smooth Line art

No contiene fracciones

It is an anti-aliasing artefact.
Printing on desktop printers with anti-aliasing/smoothing on can show it.
Printing on high resolution devices or turning anti-aliasing off should not show it.

Did you turn Anti-aliasing off?
If nothing helps, rasterize the file in Illustrator at a high resolution with art optimized anti-aliasing as option.
You can use the rasterize effect for that, to keep it editable.

You will not lose the editability if you use Effect > Rasterize,
The Effect can be turned on and off and modified in the Appearance panel.
