Finding dynamic symbols in illustrator

Hello, I have an Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 version but my version does not have the dynamic symbol option. I was trying to follow some tutorials given in Adobe website on a dynamic symbol but it's not there. Can someone tell me why is that or am I missing something?

The option should be there in version CC2015.3

I right-clicked and went to properties panel it says only cc 2015

You need at least version CC2015.2

Not sure if that update is available through the Creative Cloud app.

When you drag and drop and object to your symbols palette, do you see "Dynamic Symbol" in the dialog box that pops up?
