Hello everyone.  I need help recreating ths text, please.  Would be greatly appreciated. 

I am using Times New Roman for font, but have no knowledge on how to make the "dots" betweeen the E and the LECT for example - e.lec'tri.fy   Anyone with suggestions, please?

If the font has these characters, then you can use them via the Glyphs panel.
