Do you want to share your local or cloud document to be reviewed by stakeholders but not want them to see the live edits you are making or the edits made after the last review was sent? If yes, then this feature is for you.

Share for review (Beta) lets you create a shareable link using which your stakeholders can provide feedback even without an Adobe account. It creates a snapshot of the document's current state and uploads it to the cloud, which you can share with your reviewers.

Once stakeholders add comments, you automatically see them in the app. You can reply to comments, resolve comments, and push updates to the same review link to continue the review cycle.

For more details, please check out this help article.

Highlights:

  • Create reviews from local and cloud documents.
  • Share multiple versions of the document with different people.
  • Reviewers will not be able to see the edits made after creating the review link and will only have access to the current state. If you want stakeholders or collaborators to see live updates, use Invite to edit (this works only for Cloud documents).
  • Stakeholders/ Reviewers do not need an Adobe ID to review or see the document.
  • Create public / private links and enable or disable commenting on public links.
  • You can find all review links under the Published tab on the Creative Cloud website. Open a review link to view the shared document version and comments.
