Does the graphic card meet the requirements?

It doesn't matter a lot what works in Photoshop.

Is that a Studio driver that you installed?

Hi @AJK5C6C,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Illustrator. Could you please confirm your OS and Illustrator version? Also, could you share your system details, including CPU, GPU, and RAM?

Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide the Ai Sniffer file located at the following path:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator <version> Settings\<locale>\x64

This information will help us better understand the issue and assist you further.

Thank you!

Best,

Anshul Saini
