Grey box appears during working on illustrator

Sometimes this huge, and sometimes smaller box appears when I drag objects on illustrator. 

To close the file and open it again, restart illustrator, or to reboot my computer.. none of these helped. (I'm using the newest version of the program on Windows OS.)

+) I just saw someone said that turning off the "GPU performance" can figure this out, but then I can't use the scrubby zoom. 

Anyone knows the way to solve this problem without turning off GPU performance?

Thank you for replying but it doesn't help at all.. Maybe I should give up scrubby zoom
