Help Create shape circle

Hello, can you help me with some ideas how can i do this shape/round corners? If you know any tutorial .. thanks !

Draw two concentric circles with a stroke, then position another with a fill like so:

Select the concentric circles and use Object > Path > Outline Stroke.

Select everything and use Unite in the Pathfinder panel.

Using the white arrow, select the points where the small circle and the larger ones intersect, and use the corner widgets to round them:
