Well perhaps not tried everything, but everything I know which probably isnt that much. Ive not had this happen before and using the design as a textile on clothing. Im obviously doing something wrong but not sure what. I have saved it in jpg, PNG, vector, eps no joy. Says its high res and fairly big file. I havent used illustrator for a few years now so familiarising myself with it all again. Im sure theres something new I havent got a grasp on most likely.

I cannot see a problem. It looks sharp and fine to me.

jpg and png are obviously are pixel formats so »sharpness« would also depend on the scaling and the display but where do you actually observe the problem?
Did you place the file/s in some layout application like Indesign?

I designed this in indesign so was a vector. Transfered the file to an online design app for textiles and was all blurry , even the vector.

Can you give a link to the online design app and what they tell you to deliver?
SVG, PDF, PNG? Resolution, size, do they want a single tile?

Looks like I fixed it. was a total dummy and literally had tiny dimensions .

although that doesnt explain the vector issue. but looks like their preferred file type is PNG so I just started all over again and it was fine.

Good to hear you could fix it.
