Help to start new document in the program

Hello.
I'm Ricardo Oliveira, I'm in Brazil.

Installed today my Illustrator CC and I've already started taking a course, however, I can't start a new document, a new desktop. The window that opens is blank, no options.

What can I do?
Can someone help me?

Before resetting illustrator Settings, Try to Use the "use Legacy " file New " interface from :

edit -> preferences - > General
