Alguien sabe porque la opcion de pincel de arte y dispersion estan bloqueadas? y Porque no puedo poner nada más que no sea fijo y al azar? Me aparecen bloqueadas

When creating a new brush, the art and scatter brush options are locked and I can't put anything other than the first and random one. They appear blocked

You first have to create artwork and select it in order to make an art brush or a scatter brush.
